New Illinois State Record Pink
Salmon caught by my Son-in-Law, Rafael Otero, Jr., at Lake Michigan, Waukegan, IL on
September 29, 2007. Rafael is the owner of JR Electric (847) 263-0966.
3 lbs 8 ounces,
22 1/2 inches long, 13 inch girth
caught on a 3/4 ounce glo green cleo on the rock wall off the government
pier. He caught the Pink Salmon Saturday the 29th. The previous Pink Salmon state record was 3 lbs
4 ounces.
